NASA is celebrating its Curiosity rover’s one year mark on the red planet.
The mobile laboratory is now at the halfway point of its mission on the Red Planet.
And as Al Jazeera’s Gerald Tan reports, it has already achieved one of its primary goals – that the planet most like Earth in the solar system could indeed have supported microbial life.
