Delhi activists raise din over car honking

India’s capital New Delhi has more cars than the cities of Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata combined.

And 120,000 more are added each day.

But many say the government is not doing enough to fix the problem of noise pollution.

A group of activists are resorting to guerrilla tactics to change the habit of excessive honking.
