Thailand set for peace talks with rebels
Government to hold talks with separatists in country’s south to resolve decades-old conflict.

A number of Thailand’s separatist groups are set to hold peace talks with the government on Thursday.
More than 5,000 people have been killed in a fight for independence in the country’s south since 2004 when the conflict was reignited.
