Government struggles to help Haiyan survivors
In Tacloban, more than 3,000 families are still living in evacuation centres while others try to rebuild their homes.

It has been two weeks since Typhoon Haiyan devastated the central Philippines. In the city of Tacloban, more than 3,000 families are still living in evacuation centres.
Others are already trying to rebuild their ruined neighbourhoods.
