ICC’s Luis Moreno-Ocampo speaks to Al Jazeera
Ocampo says video of Sudan’s Ahmed Harun urging soldiers to “take no prisoners” confirms his pattern of behaviour.

Luis Moreno-Ocampo, the chief prosecutor for the International Criminal Court (ICC), spoke to Al Jazeera about the video footage showing Ahmed Harun, the governor of Sudan’s Southern Kordofan, urging soldiers to “take no prisoners”.
Ocampo said the video confirmed a pattern of behaviour from Harun, who has already been indicted by the ICC for crimes against humanity in Darfur.
