Belfast remembers Titanic 100 years on

Titanic Centre aims to bring ship’s history to life before centenary of vessel setting sail from Belfast.

April 2 marks the centenary of the day the Titanic sailed from Belfast in Northern Ireland to Southampton, the port from where it subsequently departed on its fateful maiden voyage.

The city is now bringing the ship’s history to life with the opening of the “Titanic Centre”, part of a series of events to mark the anniversary.
