Palestinian prisoners boycott Israeli courts

Move in protest of Israeli military order that allows indefinite detention without charge or trial.

Palestinian prisoners in the occupied West Bank have started a boycott of military courts. The campaign is in protest of Israel’s “administrative detention”, which allows for prisoners to be detained indefinitely without charge or trial.

There are currently more than 300 Palestinians imprisoned under an administrative detention order.
