Many reflect on outgoing Colombian president’s legacy ahead of upcoming election.

As Colombians prepare to elect a new leadership on Sunday, many are reflecting on their outgoing president Alvaro Uribe.
While some see him as a hero for routing rebel groups, restoring security and saving the economy throughout his eight years in office, others accuse Uribe of abusing his powers and running a corrupt government.
Al Jazeera’s Lucia Newman reports from Bogota, Colombia’s capital, on Uribe’s legacy.
