Sudan party celebrates poll victory
National Congress Party denies claims that elections were rigged.

The ruling party in Sudan is celebrating its victory in the national elections, three days after official results gave it 68 per cent of the vote.
But not everyone is happy with the poll outcome.
Omar al-Bashir, the re-elected president, has been accused of having rigged the vote. But supporters of his National Congress Party have repeatedly denied those claims.
