The Cote d’Ivoire presidential election is set to go to a second round runoff, after none of the leading candidates won an outright majority.
Laurent Gbagbo, the countries current president and the man who won the biggest share of the vote, will go head-to-head Alassan Ouattara, the main opposition leader who came in second.
The runoff vote is scheduled for November 28.
Meanwhile, the candidate who came in third is calling for a recount.
