Mexico warns of drug warfare
Death of drug lord Arturo Beltran Leyuva could spark fresh gang violence.

Mexico’s Attorney-General has warned that there could be a surge in violence following the death of a leading drug lord.
Arturo Beltran Leyva was killed in a shootout with Mexico security forces on Thursday.
His death is the biggest strike so far in President Felipe Calderon’s drug war.
