From afar you watch their fate being sealed in a stealthy exchange. One gram of heroin costs as little as $20, but you could spend more depending on its purity
This is three grams of heroin wrapped by a dealer in a piece of paper ironically labelled with the name Ezapril, a medication that treats heart failure. An overdose of heroin can lead to heart failure.
