Pakistan markets struggle to reopen

With no governmnent help forthcoming, merchants in flood-devastated south are forced to take loans at high interest.

Pakistani merchants are trying to rebuild their lives and business after two years of destruction by floods of everything they owned.

But they have received no help from the government. Instead they must take loans from money lenders with high interest to get back on their feet.

Al Jazeera’s Imran Khan reports from Shikarpur in southern Pakistan.
