Toyota recalls latest Prius hybrid
World’s top car maker starts fixing faulty brakes in bid to regain consumer confidence.

Japan’s Toyota Motor Corp has begun working to resolve a brake problem in its flagship Prius hybrid vehicles.
The fix comes after the company announced it was recalling more than 400,000 cars in the latest in a series of embarassing quality problems.
On Wednesday Toyota announced a further recall, this time affecting some 7,000 of its 2010 Camry model, which it says has problems with the power-steering.
Al Jazeera’s Harry Fawcett reports from Tokyo on how Toyota is trying to repair its damaged image.
