Chapel Hill Shooting: Was it a hate crime?

Killings of three Muslim students in North Carolina widely seen as hate crime after parking dispute cited as cause.

Thousands took part in the funerals of Deah Barakat, his wife Yusor Abu Salha and her sister Razan, who were shot dead by a neighbour in the North Carolina university town of Chapel Hill.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation says it is probing whether the victims were targeted because of their Islamic religion after police cited a parking dispute as the cause.
