UK floods ravage south west
Thousands left without power as storms batter the English coastline.

Waves have destroyed a stretch of railway as well as a flood defence wall in the south west of England.

The UK government pledged £100m ($163m) for flood works following the destruction which left thousands of people without power and forced others to flee their homes.
