Brazil’s Infinity Memorial commemorates COVID-19 victims
Brazil inaugurates its first cemetery memorial to coronavirus victims, while the pandemic is still claiming lives.
In Brazil, a monument dedicated to those who have died from coronavirus has been unveiled in Rio de Janeiro.
The architect of the Infinity Memorial said she wanted to provide families with a symbol of their loss.
Brazil has the second-highest death rate in the world.
