Coronavirus: US records nearly 70,000 new cases in a single day
President Donald Trump says he expects a vaccine before the end of the year, but experts say that seems unlikely.
The United States is now reporting nearly 70,000 coronavirus cases a day.
This comes as the nation’s top infectious disease expert says he has not briefed the president in more than two months.
