EU borders reopen: Many countries ease travel restrictions

Europe pushes ahead with getting back to business, reopening borders, restaurants and cafes.

Despite some countries moving back towards lockdown, Europe’s borders are reopening, three months after they shut.

Germany has opened its border to almost all EU members.
