Hundreds of former passengers who were on board the Ruby Princess cruise ship are looking to sue its operator.
The vessel docked in Australia in March and has been linked to hundreds of coronavirus cases there.
The Maritime Union says this exposes major flaws in the multi-billion-dollar industry and is calling for a complete overhaul.
