US elections: Partisan disagreement over postal voting
The battle over how Americans will vote has evolved into a partisan conflict.
In the United States, dozens of COVID-19 cases have been linked to in-person voting in last month’s Wisconsin primary.
And as the US looks ahead to the November presidential election, Republicans and Democrats are now tussling over how that vote should be held.
