‘If I go outside will someone hurt me?’: Shock, fear in Germany
Police presence across Germany increased – especially at ‘sensitive’ places like mosques – after the Hanau tragedy.
Germany‘s interior minister has said the security presence within the country would be heightened to prevent attacks on innocent civilians.
This came after nine people were killed on Wednesday when a gunman opened fire at two shisha bars in the city of Hanau.
