Death of Eritrean teenager in Tripoli detention camp highlights plight of more than 40,000 migrants detained in Libya.

The death of a young man has highlighted the conditions of migrants held in detention camps in Libya.

Most have been detained while attempting to cross to Europe. Aid agencies say conditions are appalling but the Libyan government says it is doing all it can.
