Malawi elections: Concerns over delayed presidential poll

On Monday, five judges nullified result of last May’s election, saying it was marred by widespread irregularities.

Protest leaders in Malawi are threatening further demonstrations if a presidential election rerun is delayed.

President Peter Mutharika is appealing against the constitutional court’s ruling that annulled his election victory last year.
