Bahamas aftermath: Aid resumes as second storm passes

Many families hoping things will start improving before end of year.

Aid operations have resumed in the Bahamas after Tropical Storm Humberto moved away, having missed most of the islands.

Some communities are coming together for the first time since Hurricane Dorian hit two weeks ago.
