
Venezuela-Colombia border: Armed groups abuse migrants
Report says many crimes go unpunished and accuses the government of not meeting its obligations to protect civilians.
Some people escaping the political and economic crisis in Venezuela are getting caught up in drug-related violence on the border with Colombia.
That’s according to Human Rights Watch, which says armed groups are committing abuses against civilians.
