Libya migrant detention centre attack kills 60, injures 77
Analysts suggest the UN’s failure to take action against Khalifa Haftar sets a dangerous precedent.
The United Nations says a migrant detention centre in Libya was hit by two air raids in spite of the organisation providing the exact coordinates of the detention centre to the two parties fighting in the country.
There are reports that guards have shot at migrants and refugees fleeing the bombing.
The Ministry of Justice in Tripoli says 60 people are confirmed dead in Tuesday’s attacks, with 77 injured.
