Syria: At least 13 civilians including 5 children killed in Idlib

Latest air strikes follow warning by UN human rights chief that those responsible may face war crimes charges.

At least 13 civilians including five children have been killed in Syrian government air strikes in Idlib province.

The attacks came just a day after the UN human rights chief warned that those responsible for the latest wave of killings could be charged with war crimes.

The Syrian government, backed by Russian forces, launched an offensive to capture idlib in late April.
