Victims of civil war seek accountability from both Sri Lankan troops and Tamil Tiger rebels for crimes against civilians.
Saturday marks 10 years since Sri Lanka‘s long civil war ended.
Tamil Tiger rebels made their last stand against the government on a narrow strip of coastline – with 300,000 civilians sheltering from the final battles.
Both sides have since faced allegations of war crimes and rights abuses.
