
Haiti fuel shortage: Oil company refuses new deliveries
Despite a nationwide fuel shortage in Haiti, a ship loaded with oil is refusing to dock.
There is growing frustration in Haiti over a prolonged fuel shortage.
A tanker loaded with oil has been sitting off the coast since February, but it will not dock until the country pays most of the $60m it owes for previous deliveries.
