Spain election: Socialists likely to form coalition
It remains to be seen if the Socialists will be able to form a coalition for a stable and effective government.
Spain’s governing socialists have picked up the most seats in Sunday’s elections.
But with nearly all the votes counted, it looks like they won’t have enough for an outright majority.
