SAS strike results in 1,200 cancelled flights

Pilot strike over wages and conditions leaves tens of thousands of Scandinavian airline passengers stranded.

Tens of thousands of passengers have been left stranded after Scandinavian airline SAS cancelled more than 1,200 flights scheduled for Monday and Tuesday.

The move follows an ongoing pilot strike over wage negotiations, which show no sign of being resolved.
