A funeral has been held for a volunteer who drowned trying to help after last week’s ferry disaster in Iraq. Angry relatives are accusing the local government of negligence. Officials have been sacked and nine people arrested, including the owners of the boat. But dozens of passengers are still missing.

Al Jazeera’s Natasha Ghoneim reports from Mosul where the ferry overturned.
