Greek PM Alexis Tsipras visits shut orthodox school in Turkey

Why the reopening of the religious school could help end a bitter dispute between Greece and Turkey.

Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras has boosted a long-running campaign to reopen a Christian theological school in Muslim-majority Turkey.

Halki Seminary in Istanbul was the main school of theology for the Eastern Orthodox Church in the country until the Turkish government shut it down in 1971.
