US troops withdrawal from Syria ‘will be gradual’ process

The US Special Envoy for Syria, James Jeffrey, has reassured the allies that the withdrawal of American troops from the country will not be abrupt.

Speaking at the Munich Security Conference, Jeffrey insisted it will be a step-by-step process.
