India’s universal healthcare plan ‘failing’ the poor

A new government healthcare plan in India is being criticised for failing the people it was designed to help.

Oxfam says many poor Indians are still not able to access the free healthcare they were promised.

Critics say the scheme was rushed out for political gain and the money isn’t there to support it.
