A Life Displaced: Palestinian refugees overcrowd Lebanon’s camps

It’s been more than 70 years since the Palestinians who fled or were forced from their homes in 1948, after the creation of Israel, arrived in Lebanon.

In the last of our series, A Life Displaced, we look at the plight of Lebanon’s Palestinian refugee population, who have been living in exile for more than 70 years.

They are scattered throughout a number of camps, but in reality, those camps have become built-up neighbourhoods.
