‘Radioactive mud’ dumping alarms activists in Wales and England

Environmental campaigners say the mud being dumped into the sea by the nuclear plant may contain dangerous radioactive materials.

A new nuclear power station being built in England is alarming environmental campaigners both there – and in neighbouring Wales.

Legal action has been launched to stop mud from the Hinkley Point construction site from being dumped into the Bristol Channel.
