As the US marks the 17th anniversary of devastating attacks on World Trade Center that killed thousands, St Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church remains half-built since damaged by debris.
Tuesday marks the 17th anniversary of the September 11, 2001, attacks in the US, which killed nearly 3,000 people.
