Mali: Candidates claim election rigging

Opposition candidates in Mali say the vote was rigged and that they will not accept results from stations they suspect of being meddled with.

Eighteen out of 23 presidential candidates in Mali have denounced irregularities in Sunday’s vote.

They are demanding an investigation into what they call violations by the government that favour current President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita.
