Property boom in China border town as US warms to North Korea
In Dandong, on the Yalu River, hopes are soaring for peace and stability on the Korean Penninsula, and so, too, is the local economy.
As North Korea improves relations with the US, an area of China that borders North Korea is seeing a property boom.
Future investors are hopeful a complete lifting of sanctions on Pyongyang will help the Dandong region.
