Parents pray for Thailand youth football team trapped in cave

The families of the youth football team trapped in a cave flood have found support in one another as water continues to drain from the Tham Luang Nang Non cave system and search efforts continue.

Divers have managed to go several kilometres into a flooded cave in Thailand, looking for 12 young footballers and their coach who’ve been missing for a week.

Local rescue crews have been joined by British divers and US military personnel.

A new opening to the underground complex was discovered on Friday, offering hope the boys may still be found alive.

As Scott Heidler reports, relatives remain positive despite so many questions, and few answers.
