Fighting over Hudaida forces tens of thousands flee

Most are heading to Sanaa, Yemen’s capital, after Saudi and Emirati-led coalition bomb its largest port bombed for 12 days.

Fighting in the vital strategic port of Hudaida has forced an estimated 30,000 Yemenis to flee their homes. Most are heading to the capital, Sanaa, for safety. The country’s largest port has been bombed for the last 12 days during the Saudi and Emirati-led coalition campaign to remove Houthi rebels.
