Georgia: Thousands protest nightclub raids in Tbilisi
Last weekend riot police raided two top nightclubs in what they said was an anti-drugs operation but club-goers were angered by the heavy-handed tactics used, prompting them to stage protests.
Thousands of young people have been protesting in Georgia against violent police raids on popular nightclubs.
Officers say they were anti-drugs operations.
The raids were supported by neo-nationalist and religious groups.
