Colombia dam warning: More residents may have to evacuate
A giant hydroelectric project that is under construction upriver is threatened by a possible wall collapse.
An evacuation order remains in effect in 12 villages in northern Colombia, as engineers struggle to control a dam at risk of bursting.
Five thousand residents have already been evacuated from along the Cauca River.
