Palestinian National Council meets for first time in 22 years

The Palestinian National Council is holding its first official meeting in 22 years in the West Bank city of Ramallah.

Top of the list is whether or not to suspend the Palestinians’ recognition of Israel.

Al Jazeera’s Harry Fawcett reports from Ramallah.
