Australia pledges $400m to save Great Barrier Reef

The Australian government hopes its conservation efforts to restore the embattled natural wonder will inspire other countries to follow its lead.

The Australian government has announced almost $400m dollars in funding to help save the Great Barrier Reef.

Climate change has caused water temperatures to rise which is killing coral on the world’s largest reef.
