UK scientists use graphene filter to make dirty water drinkable

Scientists in the city of Manchester have found a potential breakthrough to water filtration that could provide clean water to millions in the coming years.

Water scarcity is one of the biggest problems facing humanity in the next few decades.

The United Nations estimates that in 30 years a quarter of the world’s population will lack access to clean water.

Some countries are already dealing with severe shortages.
