Sierra Leone election: Low voter turnout in presidential runoff

Voter turnout has been reported as being lower than in the first round on March 7.

People in Sierra Leone are waiting to find out who will be their next president.

There has been a runoff between two candidates after an earlier election failed to produce an outright winner.

But there has been little enthusiasm for the election.
