Residents of Cebu, in the Philippines, say they have never felt more afraid after police conduct an anti-drug operation that resulted in a spate of killings.
After two years of a violent “war on drugs” in the Philippines, thousands of people are dead and much of the population live in fear of the police.
With Duterte’s term half over and human rights groups continuing their investigations, some police are less willing to take part in the anti-drug campaign.
But the families who have already lost loved ones just want a proper investigation into the deaths.
